I cannot install my purchased copy of Bitdefender on my wife’s computer because I cannot install Service Pack 2 for Windows Vista. There are so many ad pop ups I cannot download your adware removal tool to clean things up. Any other suggestions?

& several times I face ads popping up in the Firefox browser..
so I’m gonna use this tool & see what happens..OK!
& btw, how is the “Superfish Root Certificate” affecting my Lenovo machine…I need some elaboration plz.
